RENTING A BRAND NEW FORKLIFT ?
(Here’s how you could do it with us)
Contract Hire with Full Maintenance, Service and Breakdown cover
Contract Hire allows you to rent the asset from us via one of our finance providers, while you need it. The key difference between Contract Hire and Hire Purchase, is that a Contract Hire is only for part of the asset’s useful life.
This means you pay a reduced rental because the cost is based on the difference between the asset’s original purchase price and its residual value at the end of the agreement.
You get full use of the asset for as long as you need it, without the burden or responsibility of disposing of the forklift or recouping its residual value.
If you choose to have maintenance then this will be included in the monthly repayments and you can rely on IES to come out to maintain and service the truck. We also cover Breakdowns with a Nationwide response time of within 24 Hours. This also covers any Fitness Certificates that are required on the asset and servicing.
Rental can be a very cost effective solution for many customers for varying reasons.

IES have a vast fleet of pre-owned equipment available, so if you’re looking to purchase or hire materials handling equipment, but aren’t able to afford brand new models, never fear!
Many of our models have worked low hours, and our expert service team has worked to ensure that all pre-owned equipment is more than up for the job.
There are still options if you decide to go for a pre-owned forklift, order picker, cleaning equipment etc. If you’re looking for a sturdy model which can lift great weights, those with four wheels will be more suited to your needs.
If your facility has reduced space, a three wheel model might be what you need, as their wheel configuration allows for more maneuverability, though at the cost of a reduced lifting capacity – or perhaps you could consider a VNA truck?
